Your Function
- representation of our company at the holiday destination
- full support service and consulting of our guests
- organisation and performance of regular welcoming cocktails and consultation-hours in the hotels
- sales of excursions and organisation of new excursions
- organisation of transfers
- qualified handling and execution of clients' claims on the spot
- cognition of the companies' interests in front of funding agents and guests
- control of the funding agents on the spot

Your Profile
- 24 - 35 years
- completed apprenticeship of a commercial or social occupation, as the case may be any appropriate apprenticeship in service sector
- good language abilities in English (written and spoken) and in German, if possible in Russian, Italian or French
- adequate knowledge of Greek would be an advantage
- good organisation skills
- good manners
- cordiality
- well-tended appearance
- dedication
- high comprehension of providing service
- autonomy and self responsibility
- flexibility
